Today I thought of letter "B" ..for Beautiful..
Most of the time we think about others but forget about self.. So thought will focus of self...

You are beautiful... Be kind to yourself..
  •  Respect Self
  • Accept yourself the way you are
  • Make Good Choices
  • Understand your strengths and weakness
  • Have fun
  • Be proud of yourself and the things you say and do
  • Learn and grow:To grow leave your comfort zone, learn from mistakes,search for opportunities, be courageous, Minimize Risks
  • Be positive
  • Eat Healthy
  • Do exercise
  • Resolve conflicts
  • Build Relationships -Value family, relationships
  • Learn the art of forgivenes
