In our daily life we meet different kind of
personalities, but many a times we get hooked to people who are jovial by
nature. Jovial personalities are happy and cheerful people.
They can laugh at themselves, and have the ability of looking at the other side
of things in a positive approach.
In
our daily life we have so many issues, problems, stress and are often caught in this
vicious cycle of tension in life. Most of the times we are frowning, grumbling and frustrated. Also often we have forgotten the importance of laughter in our life.
The laughter, if properly utilized, can
break the ice in conflicts- both domestic and abroad. Laughter and humour bring
a lot of joy into our lives and can make the lives of those around us much more
pleasant. Of course, we must be careful that our sense of humour not be
exercised at the expense of someone else.
We
should start adding humour in our lives first within the family, then extend it
towards the society and the more it spreads, the wider will be the reach of
positive and happy feelings for all concerned. Thus,
it can be safely confirmed that laughter is indeed the best medicine. The
people who have been blessed with this trait please spread this light of happiness
through out you so that we can have a world where more happy people reside.
