No! Learn to say it..

No!
Learn the art of saying  it for a stress free life..

WHEN YOU LEARN TO SAY YES TO YOURSELF, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SAY NO TO OTHERS, WITH LOVE
Often do you find yourself in a situation where you have dumped yourself with too many responsibilities because you were not able to say no… and while doing all the work later on felt angry, upset and had resentment. You are not alone.  We are always thinking that we will upset the other person be it husband, wife, friends, relatives, siblings, etc. We are tuned from childhood not to say no so we feel guilty to say no to someone.  Remember that if we are stretched to the limits we are not effective in multiple tasks that we try to do.
First thing we should take a deep breath, calm down,
determine priorities and say no politely to the things that we are not able to do without being rude ore blunt. You don’t have to give any excuse. Ways of telling no simply. ““I can’t accept this, with my present commitments or I apologize  I cannot take it now  hope you find someone who can do a better job.

Learning to say no is learning the art of being assertive without feeling guilty about it.Learning to say “no” is a must-have skill for everyone. Saying “no” at the right time can help you to gain respect with your peers and help avoid bitterness from those to have to hear it, lead a more stress free life and productive life.

                                                    REMEMBER PLEASE .....

  2. You are correct. Saying no to somebody also requires strong determination. If we say 'no' to somebody, we should be polite and calm. A very good lesson!!
